Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom and Nigeria, and we ship internationally on request. Delivery is arranged from the location that suits your order, and delivery charges are confirmed with your quote before you pay.

Production times

Production time starts when your artwork is approved, not when the order is placed. Standard production is 3–5 working days, express is 1–2 working days, and same-day is available on selected products, subject to availability. Large format, signage, badges, merchandise and bulk orders may take longer, and we confirm the timeline in writing.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: usually 1–3 working days after production. Nigeria: usually 1–3 working days in Lagos and 2–5 working days elsewhere. International: quoted per order. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Collection

You may collect your order from our Lagos address by arrangement. We will let you know when it is ready and how long we can hold it.

Tracking and delays

Where a courier is used we pass on tracking details. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes or incorrect delivery details supplied by you. If a delivery fails because the address or contact details were wrong, a redelivery charge may apply.

Checking your delivery

Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any damage, shortage or fault within 48 hours, with photographs where possible.

Event deadlines

If your order is for a specific event date, tell us the date before you order so we can agree a production schedule. We cannot accept responsibility for missed deadlines where artwork approval or payment was delayed.

Custom and personalised items

Almost everything we produce is made to your specification: printed items, badges, branded merchandise, signage and personalised gifts. Under UK consumer law, and by the nature of the goods, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because you change your mind. The same applies to orders already in production.

If something is wrong

If your order is faulty, damaged, materially different from the approved proof, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection with your order number and photographs. Where the fault is ours, we will reprint or replace the affected items at our cost, or offer a full or partial refund where a reprint is not practical.

What is not covered

• Errors in artwork, spelling, images or contact details that you approved at proof stage.
• Colour variation that falls within normal commercial printing tolerance, including differences between screen and print, between batches, and across different materials.
• Files supplied at low resolution or in the wrong format.
• Damage caused after delivery, including mishandling, weather or incorrect installation.

Cancellations

You may cancel before production begins and receive a refund, less any design work already carried out. Once production has begun, deposits and payments are non-refundable, because materials and machine time are committed.

Design work

Design fees cover the time spent on your project and are non-refundable once work has started. Your package includes an agreed number of revision rounds; further rounds may be chargeable.

Event tickets

Tickets are sold on behalf of event organisers and are paid in full at checkout. Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless the organiser's own terms say otherwise. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organiser's refund policy applies. Booking fees are usually non-refundable.

Who we are

Elite Royal Prints is operated by Nonyify Resources Ltd, 24 Queen Plaza, Unit 7, Queen Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 2EE, United Kingdom, with an operating location at Km 36 Lekki–Epe Expressway, Beachwood, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and company details.
• Order information: what you ordered, artwork and files you upload, proofs, invoices and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Ticketing information: tickets purchased, attendee names where required by the organiser, check-in records and registration or accreditation details.
• Technical information: device type, browser, approximate location and how you use the site.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your order, to sell and verify tickets, to respond to enquiries, to take payment and issue invoices, to keep accounting and tax records, to prevent fraud, and — where you have agreed — to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our legal bases

Performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed with payment providers, couriers and delivery partners, production partners, hosting and IT providers, and our professional advisers. Where you buy a ticket, we share the necessary attendee details with the event organiser, who becomes a controller of that information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We operate in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, so your information may be transferred between the two. Where information leaves the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order, ticketing and financial records are kept for at least six years to meet legal and tax requirements. Artwork is kept while your account is active so you can reorder, unless you ask us to delete it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us through the Contact page. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. In Nigeria you may contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to personal information. No website can be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information by email.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to goods and services supplied by Elite Royal Prints, a trading name of Nonyify Resources Ltd. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and receive the agreed payment or deposit. Prices are shown in pounds, naira or dollars; the currency and taxes that apply are confirmed on your invoice.

3. Payment

Print, merchandise, media and digital work may require a deposit of up to 50% before production, with the balance due before delivery, collection or go-live. Business accounts may be offered agreed payment terms. Tickets are paid in full at checkout. We may charge interest on late payment and suspend work on overdue accounts.

4. Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you supply, including spelling, dates, prices, images and contact details. We will send a proof where relevant, and production begins only once you approve it. Approval means you accept the content as shown. We are not liable for errors in approved artwork.

5. Your rights in what you supply

By sending us logos, images, text or designs you confirm you have the right to use them. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from material you supply. We may refuse any order we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing.

6. Ownership of designs

Design work we create remains our property until it is paid for in full, after which ownership of the final approved artwork passes to you. We keep ownership of working files, templates and unused concepts unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Production and delivery

Timelines are estimates and begin at proof approval. See our Shipping & Deliveries page. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

8. Variation

Slight variation in colour, position, size, material and finish is normal in printing, embroidery and merchandise production and is not a defect. Quantities may vary by up to 5% on large runs, and you are charged for the quantity delivered.

10. Ticketing

Where we sell tickets, we act as an agent for the event organiser. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, including its content, timing, safety and any cancellation or refund. Organisers using our platform are responsible for their event information, for having the right to run the event, and for complying with the law. Fees and settlement terms are set out in the organiser agreement.

11. Websites and digital services

Website projects are delivered against an agreed scope. Hosting, maintenance and support are billed separately and renew as agreed. Domain names, licences and third-party services are your responsibility unless we agree to manage them.

12. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power failures, supplier failure, courier disruption, civil unrest and natural events.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you other rights.

We try to keep prices, product details and event listings accurate, but errors can occur. Prices shown by the online estimator are indicative and are confirmed on your quote or invoice. Where a currency other than the invoicing currency is displayed, it is a conversion for guidance only. We may correct errors and withdraw products or listings at any time.

Event listings

Event information is supplied by organisers. We are not responsible for its accuracy or for events that change or do not take place.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites, including other Elite Royal Enterprises businesses, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or change it without notice.
